One day assessment for experienced boat handlers. Tests the skills and background knowledge needed to drive a powerboat.

• Widely regarded as a ‘tender licence’ for Professional Yacht crew

• Allows eligible persons to apply for the International Certificate of Competence (ICC)

• Minimum duration: 1 day

• Location: Le Grau du Roi

Assessed in handling and docking in the port, driving at faster speeds, anchoring, safety procedures and regulations.

Ability after course: Use a small powerboat safely in local waters
